One-On-One Personal Training 
 

We offer 30 and 60 minute one-on-one personal training sessions. Training programs vary based on individual goals.  Each training session is done under the supervision of a trained fitness professional.  Hands on coaching is done to correct form and posture, and to ensure the client is exercising in a manner that aligns with his or her goals.  One-on-one personal training includes customized workout plans and nutrition counseling to ensure complete guidance and support for time away from training sessions.   

 
 
Small Group Training 
 

Small group training allows a group of 2-4 individuals to share the cost of a personal trainer and wellness coach while receiving the training and guidance of a fitness professional.  Workouts are done under the supervision of a coach and are typically 30-45 minutes long.  

 
 
Classes

 

We offer Spin and bootcamp-style classes throughout the week.  Classes are between 30-45 minutes long.  Our classes are perfect for those who are consistent in the gym, but looking to get that next level workout in a few times a week.  Classes are free for residents of the Boulevard Apartments.  Non residents pay a  $10 drop in fee.
